Exchange shipping is on us! No "ifs, ands or buts" about it. We do ask that you send back your original item with the prepaid UPS shipping label, included in your package. Upon receipt, only $5.75 ($7.75 for Alaska and Hawaii) will be deducted from your refund, and we will send a brand new item at no extra cost, and with no new shipping fee.
